Lang T.K.A. Nubuor: Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s position on atheism within the Marxist philosophical system occasions doubts in the minds of some revolutionary forces regarding his Marxist essence and credentials. But do we properly understand that position as it finally turns out to be in its evolution? That is, as a conception of the existence of an all-powerful natural but not a supernatural force subject to scientific scrutiny? Setting out to unfold the scientific basis of religion, Dr. Nkrumah ends up in an absolute rejection of religion and transformation of the all-powerful supernatural force on the basis of which religion revolves into a natural force with impersonal properties akin to those of the force of gravity. Only the application of Marxist dialectical materialist principles, as Dr. Nkrumah does, generates such a concept.
KWAME NKRUMAH – INITIATOR OF MARXISM-NKRUMAISM
Kwame Nkrumah in Statue: In the 'Encyclopedia of African American History' Volume 3, p. 938, Hettie Williams writes: 'The idea of African liberation as fostered by Kwame Nkrumah has had a profound impact on the development of black-nationalist ideologies worldwide. Nkrumah was both statesman and intellectual in terms of his enduring political and intellectual contributions. His writings are seminal when considering the intellectual history of modern African resistance movements and the impact of these movements on black freedom struggles in the African Diaspora'. In the same spirit, David Birmingham entitles his book 'Kwame Nkrumah: Father of African Nationalism'. On his part, Dr. Sam Nujoma of Namibia describes Dr. Nkrumah as 'the source of the movement for the total liberation of Africa'. That Dr. Nkrumah’s works are described here as ‘seminal’ suggests that they are the seeds from which the full flowering of his thought system shall unfold. He says himself that he has sown the seed that shall surely germinate. His works exhibit areas where he promises to provide a full exposition of some issues like his thoughts on religion – but for the untimely exercise of the hand of death. In The Muqaddimah, Ibn Khaldun states that ‘A person who creates a new discipline does not have the task of enumerating (all) the (individual) problems connected with it. His task is to specify the subject of the discipline and its various branches and the discussions connected with it. His successors, then, may gradually add more problems, until the (discipline) is completely (presented).’ Dr. Kwame Nkrumah has performed the spade-work; the rest lies on our generation and those after us. Marxism-Nkrumaism, as contained in the works of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah just as in the works of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels as well as others, thus calls on the African, from whose living conditions Dr. Nkrumah makes his contribution to the development of the science and philosophy of Marxism, to continue with its development. To such endeavour, The Marxist-Nkrumaist Forum, under the guidance of the Centre for Consciencist Studies and Analyses (CENCSA), is unreservedly dedicated. Forward Ever, Backward Never!
HIS THOUGHTS LIVE ON TODAY
Karl Marx: 'However much that (the) state of things may have altered during the last twenty-five years, the general principles laid down in the Manifesto are, on the whole, as correct today as ever. Here and there, some detail might be improved. The practical application of the principles will depend, as the Manifesto itself states, everywhere and at all times, on the historical conditions for the time being existing, and, for that reason, no special stress is laid on the revolutionary measures proposed …' - Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, Preface to the 1872 German Edition of the Manifesto of the Communist Party

AHMED SEKOU TOURE:Touré's early life was characterized by challenges of authority, including during his education. Touré was obliged to work to take care of himself. He began working for the Postal Services (PTT), and quickly became involved in labour union activity. During his youth and after becoming president, Touré studied the works of communist philosophers, especially those of Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin... During his presidency Touré led a strong policy based on Marxism, with the nationalization of foreign companies and strong planned economics. He won the Lenin Peace Prize as a result in 1961. - Wikipedia

ANGELA DAVIS: 'Angela Yvonne Davis (born January 26, 1944) is an American political activist, scholar, and author. She emerged as a nationally prominent activist and radical in the 1960s, as a leader of the Communist Party USA, and had close relations with the Black Panther Party through her involvement in the Civil Rights Movement despite never being an official member of the party. Prisoner rights have been among her continuing interests; she is the founder of Critical Resistance, an organization working to abolish the prison-industrial complex. She is a retired professor with the History of Consciousness Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is the former director of the university's Feminist Studies department. Her research interests are in feminism, African American studies, critical theory, Marxism, popular music, social consciousness, and the philosophy and history of punishment and prisons. Her membership in the Communist Party led to Ronald Reagan's request in 1969 to have her barred from teaching at any university in the State of California. She was tried and acquitted of suspected involvement in the Soledad brothers' August 1970 abduction and murder of Judge Harold Haley in Marin County, California. She was twice a candidate for Vice President on the Communist Party USA ticket during the 1980s.' Wikipedia
