INTRODUCTION & LIST OF PUBLISHED PAPERS AND ARTICLES

The ‘Controversy’ page of this blog features debates on building socialism. This is done with a view to highlighting the strategy of Revolutionary Pan-Africanism under the guidance of Marxism-Nkrumaism. In this respect, we publish articles and works of revolutionaries and intellectuals in theatres of societies where socialism is either being built or where the building of socialism as a mode of production has been negated. Other relevant papers and articles from elsewhere are also published.
Revolutionary Pan-Africanism, as a political programme created from the ideological base of Marxism-Nkrumaism, is directed not only at the revolutionary unification of Africa and Africans wherever they might be but more importantly at building of a single socialist society with a single state on the continent. This state is also not just seen as republican but most significantly as one controlled by the working classes who wield the power of state.
Though Revolutionary Pan-Africanism draws its definition and strength from the living conditions of Africans on the continent and the Diaspora, it also learns from the real experiences of the efforts of comrades living beyond Africa. Hence, while this page examines the African experience across the continent it also critically examines those of fraternal peoples struggling against imperialism, colonialism, neo-colonialism and capitalism in their process of building socialism.
In this respect, Revolutionary Pan-Africanism does not only lament the balkanization of African society into unviable so-called nation-states. It also seeks the abolition of those neo-colonial states and promotes the unification of that society under the principles of scientific socialism as applied in Marxism-Nkrumaism to safeguard the people of Africa against a return to the evil clutches of imperialism, colonialism, neo-colonialism and capitalism.
Only a state whose power and control are exercised by the African working classes is suitable for this task. We call it the socialist People’s Republican State of Africa in accordance with the prescriptions and aspirations of Marxism-Nkrumaism.
